Shield your canine companion from diseases with a tailored vaccination plan.
We offer a full range of vaccinations to protect your pet against a variety of diseases. Once a thorough physical examination has been performed, the veterinarian will assess the vaccination requirements of each patient on an individual basis. To learn more about the vaccines your pet will need, call us at 403-984-4143.
Puppies get a series of vaccinations starting at 6 to 12 weeks of age. You must continue taking them to the veterinary for booster shots until they are 3 to 4 months old. If there is a large gap in their vaccination routine they may have to repeat the entire process again.
If your puppy is not vaccinated they will be vulnerable to diseases and aggressive behavioural conditions. Vaccines protect your pet from contracting and spreading dog flu, rabies and other contagious illnesses. Your pet’s health is especially relevant if they interact with other pets in your animal loving community.
Your pet may experience mild reactions such as vomiting, diarrhea, itchiness and facial swelling. These are temporary and rare. If these conditions persist, bring them to our hospital as soon as possible.
